Warranty Policy

1. Scope & Eligibility

This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to official Bonlibro® light therapy and photobiomodulation devices (hereinafter referred to as the "Product") purchased directly through our official website, www.bonlibro.com.

This warranty is intended solely for personal, non-commercial consumer use and does not cover products used for commercial, institutional, clinical, or rental purposes.

Original Purchaser Only: This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original end-user purchaser. Warranty coverage automatically terminates if ownership of the Product is transferred or resold.

2. Warranty Coverage & Period

Bonlibro warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for a period of two (2) years from the original delivery date, alongside our 30-day risk-free return policy.

3. Warranty Remedies

If a valid defect arises within the 2-year warranty period, Bonlibro will, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, provide one of the following remedies:

Repair: Repair the defective Product free of charge using new or refurbished replacement parts.
Replacement: Replace the Product with a new or functionally equivalent replacement unit.
Refund: Refund the original purchase price of the Product (excluding original shipping fees, where applicable).

Any replaced or repaired Product will be covered for the remaining period of the original warranty or 30 days from receipt, whichever is longer.

4. Warranty Claim Process & Shipping Costs

4.1 How to File a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support@bonlibro.com with the following required information:

Valid Order Number (from bonlibro.com).
Proof of Purchase (original sales receipt or invoice indicating the purchase date and item details).
Troubleshooting Cooperation: To process your claim, our support team may require you to perform standard troubleshooting steps or provide photos/videos demonstrating the issue.

4.2 Return Shipping Fees

Within 120 Days of Delivery: Bonlibro will cover all return shipping costs and send a prepaid return label for eligible warranty claims originating within the initial destination country of purchase.
After 120 Days of Delivery: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, insurance, and associated transit fees to send the Product to our designated service facility. Bonlibro will cover the shipping cost to send the repaired or replacement item back to you.
International / Relocated Customers: If you have moved outside the original destination country of shipment, you will be responsible for all international shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.

5. What Is Not Covered (Exclusions & Limitations)

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic damage resulting from normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, discoloration, dents, or natural material aging).
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or failure to follow product instructions and operating guidelines.
Unauthorized product modifications, alterations, or tampering.
Repairs or attempted repairs performed by non-authorized technicians or third parties.
Liquid damage, water submersion, or corrosion caused by improper handling.
Damage resulting from improper storage (e.g., extreme temperatures, high humidity, or direct environmental exposure).
Damage caused by external causes including, but not limited to, power surges, lightning, fire, floods, earthquakes, or acts of God.
Transit damage occurring after initial carrier delivery to the customer.
Lost, stolen, or misplaced Products.

6. Limitation of Liability

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

BONLIBRO’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL BONLIBRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION/LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY BY JURISDICTION.
