I bought for these units three worked and one was dead it was arranged for an exchange and the exchange unit. A dead ride was also dead. So all in all four units were sent to me two of them were dead and sent back so a bit mixed on my thoughts about this product yet we’ll see if time will tell if I see a better review coming for it. And far as the red light therapy, I have noticed with the near infrared light reduction and joint pain so there is a positive aspect on the unit as long as the unit is reliably working.

The construction seems sturdy. The included booklet/manual was very informative.
I do feel a slight warming on the NIR function. I can feel some muscle relaxation while using it on the areas I treat. I seem to notice some aches on those spots the next day, though. I may need to play around with the settings to fix that. I wished the settings would save from one use to another. Even if I don’t unplug it in between use, I have to re-set all my preferred settings once again when I re-use it, which is slightly annoying.
